First cut of "Børre" is completed, on monday it`s time to give "Børre" a face lift :)

MINOR NEWS

Sorry for the lack of updates on this site, I (Shahbaz) have been busy working on other projects (Varg Veum, Tomme Tønner etc...) Kim has been busy with other projects aswell. I`m currently working on the raw cut of "Børre" which is finished at the end of the month. The cut is about 65mins done so far. Jeremy is working on the main cut.

The latest issue of Film & Kino has hit the shelves. "Børre" is featured on two pages, where the producers and the lead actors talk about the process so far.

Budgeting

Counting thru dozens of receipts we collected over the last three years. The budget of the film more or less. Everything from catering to subway tickets.

The norwegian magazine Film & Kino, interviewed us regarding our film. The issue is duo to this spring, and they will cover 3 pages!

Post production

3 years and counting!

Today it's three years since we began working on this crazy project, so let's take a trip down memory line with one of the first promo-posters. 

Featuring our own faces before any actors were signed.

Let's see if we can't flip the 6 and make it a 9.

TIFF'09

The film will be featured in a panel discussing the rise of genre movies in Norway. The trailer will be shown for an audience of people in the film industry in Norway and possibly some from other countries as well.

Still some second-unit stuff, but the big scenes are in the can! Thanks to Kjetil Aune and Onkel Donald Café's crew, all the extras and all cast and crew with us today.

Sunday 14th of desember is the day we`ll wrap "Børre" shooting, which means: the end :)

Trailer out november 27

The official first trailer for "Børre" will be released on november 27 at 2200 CET (Central European Time).

It will appear simultaneously on YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, Yahoo, Google etc., and later on various movie sites,
on this blog and on the front page of our website.

Production meeting

After breaking down the scenes we have left to film, we'll be trying to wrap it up in about 7-8 days of shooting.
It must happen very soon, so we have a lot of work to do regarding time schedules for actors and crew mm.
